The Patton Kamado 15 inch Table Chef is made of high-quality industrial ceramic, which can withstand temperatures of up to 1,000 °C. Thanks to the ceramic shell and controlled airflow, the meat or other dish becomes juicier and more tender than in any other steel barbecue. Due to the vent at the bottom in combination with the daisy wheel / top vent at the top, the temperature is extremely well controlled and adjustable. The temperature can be easily monitored using the thermometer on the lid.
