12YO is a refined whisky with a rich character. After distillation, a twelve-year maturation takes place in American oak, followed by a finish in Oloroso sherry butts. The twelve-year maturation brings out tropical flavors such as banana and licorice. At the same time, the influence of the ex-sherry casks is clear. You taste walnut and a slightly smoky finish.
