Jura Seven Wood has a unique maturation: it has been aged in no fewer than seven different types of wood. American oak first fill ex-bourbon barrels, French oak Limousin, Troncais, Allier, Vosges, Jupilles, and Les Bertrange barrels give this whisky a hint of caramelized peach, licorice, and oranges.
