For almost two centuries, the Ménard family has cultivated the same land. Official and perfectly preserved cadastral records show that Jean Ménard owned an extensive vineyard in 1815 and was already engaged in distilling. Today, the family's vineyards cover approximately 80 hectares. On this land, entirely located in Grande Champagne, the premier cru of the Cognac region, they harvest grapes to produce Cognac - Grande Fine Champagne (AOC) and Pineau des Charentes (AOC). Robust and well-rounded intensity. Well matured, with aromas of vanilla, chocolate, and leather, accompanied by a slight Roquefort touch. Spicy finish with scents of cinnamon and nutmeg.
