Asbach 8yo is a German brandy made from Riesling white wine. After double distillation, distillates that are at least 8 years old mature for 24 to 46 months in French wine barrels. Thanks to this process, the brandy acquires a deep dark amber color, as well as a rich palette of flavors and aromas, with noticeable notes of cedarwood, dark chocolate, sweet honey, and almonds. This gives the whole a touch of character.
