For the development of the Saigon Baigur Dry Gin, all of Vietnam was traveled, searching for the best, authentic Vietnamese botanicals to incorporate into the gin. Visits to street markets in urban centers to remote mountainous areas resulted in a sublime recipe of twelve local botanicals and four traditional gin botanicals. In the aroma, scents of citrus, floral nuances, and notes of exotic spices. On the palate, a spicy onset of citrus, followed by aromatic spices. In the finish, a pleasant fruity-spicy sweetness.
