Kilchoman Machir Bay is a single malt whisky from the Islay region, Scotland, named after the bay near the distillery. This bright whisky, matured in bourbon and sherry casks, has a beautiful scent of citrus fruits and a sweet smoky aroma. The flavor palette consists of vanilla and butterscotch cookies with an intensely sweet, peaty long aftertaste, 'Peaty'. Very nice with smoked salmon.
