Plantation Grande Reserve is a blend of different rums from Barbados. The rum is first aged in the Caribbean in Bourbon barrels and undergoes a second aging in French oak in the cellars of the French Maison Ferrand. The nose is complex and beautifully balanced with notes of ripe tropical fruit and vanilla. You also discover white peach and coconut. The palate is full of candied fruit and voluptuous bourbon and vanilla notes, which with their rich flavor form a beautiful contrast with delicate tannins.
