Nordés gin is an extraordinarily aromatic gin, made using a unique distillation process that uses the white grape variety Albariño and 12 herbal extracts, of which 6 are wild local Atlantic species and 6 are overseas species. This combination provides characteristic notes of eucalyptus, bay leaf, mint, and the delicate aromas of the white fruit in Nordés. Nordés gin derives its name from the northeast wind, which predicts the arrival of good weather in Galicia. The inspiration for the characteristic white bottle comes from the traditionally handmade Galician ceramics from Sargadelos.
