Sociando Mallet 2021 is a very beautiful, structured Haut Médoc, with a very fine tannin framework. The fruit tastes pure, juicy, energetic, ripe, delicate. The cabernets taste clearly ripe and are very complex, the merlots tender yet very fruity. The wine continues to develop towards the end and in the aftertaste the beautiful fruit with spicy notes remains. A true Médoc, with character and at the same time elegance in the delicious fruit.
