In Bordeluche (Bordeaux dialect), Adichats (or adishatz) is used as a greeting, replacing bonjour or au revoir. Here, in the heart of the Blayais, we have always enjoyed making lively Sauvignon wines, full of freshness and body, aromatic and vibrant.
A beautiful pale yellow color with anise-green reflections. The nose reveals aromas of citrus fruits (lemon), broom, and boxwood, typical of Sauvignon, along with vanilla notes from barrel aging. On the palate, a perfect balance of freshness, volume, and structure. The aromatic intensity is dominated by citrus fruits and a subtle woody touch. Very long finish. Serve between 12 and 14°C.
Oysters, white asparagus from Blayais with herb mousseline, grilled salmon, poultry in sauce, scallops, sweetbreads, veal chop.
