On the south side of the hill, the Mambourg vineyard dominates Sigolsheim. It is one of the earliest slopes of the Alsace plain and benefits optimally from the many hours of sunshine. This Grand Cru is distinguished by its power directly from the sunny terroir, giving it this beautiful and nuanced intensity. After pressing, a long fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks, followed by a prolonged aging on fine lees. The wine is then bottled and matures for another year in the bottle before being sold. Yellow-gold in color, intense, fruity, and spicy.
