Small in size but great in its exceptional diversity, the Jura vineyard stretches over 80 kilometers between Burgundy and Switzerland, on the eastern border of France.
Golden yellow in color with delicate aromas of flowers, white fruit, and stone fruit.
Fresh, fine bubbles. Balance between minerality and ripeness. Aged on the lees for 36 months. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, the first in stainless steel.
Highly recommended with seafood, fish, cheese, and fruit desserts.
