"Alsace" is the other legal name for Edelzwicker, which means "blend of noble grape varieties." This wine is the only AOC Alsace wine made from a mix of different grape varieties. Each winery has its own unique composition, but the aim is always to produce a dry and fruity wine that is easy to pair and drink.
