The wines in the Classic range are made with grapes that meet strict quality criteria and according to a rigorous selection by oenologists during the harvest. The goal is to make typical Alsace wines, true classics! Dry and delicate Riesling with mineral and floral notes. Explosion of fresh fruit aromas, spicy lemon and lime, and grapefruit. Perfect with fish and shellfish, and of course a traditional Alsatian choucroute, goat cheese, or snails.
