150 years before Champagne was invented, Blanquette de Limoux was already being made in the abbey of St-Hilaire. Made in the traditional method, this Blanquette is made from 90% mauzac supplemented with chardonnay and chenin blanc. Light yellow in color, a fine bubble and in the aroma green apple, white fruit and spring blossom. Fresh, fruity taste with a long finish. Perfect as an aperitif, in a cocktail or with chocolate desserts.
