The 40 hectares of Château Saint-Roch are located in the Maury area of the Agly Valley, 25 kilometers from Perpignan and the Mediterranean Sea. The castle of Queribus, built by the Cathars, overlooks the vineyards. Here, work is done as environmentally friendly as possible. By selecting and pruning, the quantity, ripeness, and quality of the grapes are ensured. The sun and the excellent skills of winemaker Jean-Marc Lafage do the rest.
