Domaine Ott is the rosé from Provence and belongs to the top. On terraces in the Gooi, people regularly ask for 'an Ottje'. It does cost quite a bit to drink this exclusive rosé, very refined and elegant. To be drunk on its own, but also good as an accompaniment to dishes. The winemakers in Provence have built an enormous reputation in making rosé. The 'standard' rosé from Ott is also very tasty. Raspberries, strawberries, grapefruit, nicely spicy and a fine bite. This wine has had some wood, but 'used' wood, so it is very subtle. This is indeed a wine in the high segment, but you get a beautiful body and a lot of elegance in return.
