The Breath of the Giant refers both to the cool thermal wind that blows down from Mont Ventoux, as well as to the micro-terroir in the northwest on limestone soils and to the exceptional expertise of the winemakers. The wine has a composition of 80% grenache noir and 20% syrah and offers aromas of blackcurrants, stone fruits, and spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is generous and full, with a nice freshness in the finish and fine, well-integrated tannins.
