Château de la Galinière - Côtes de Provence
The Côtes-de-Provence-Sainte-Victoire vineyards of Château de la Galinière cover 15 hectares at the foot of the Cengle plateau near Aix-en-Provence, in the town of Châteauneuf-le-Rouge.
Bright pale pink in color, with a flavorful nose of ripe grapefruit and lime notes. The palate offers a beautiful structure, both delicate and complex, with a crisp finish and a hint of anise.
Its freshness is appreciated as an aperitif, with anchovy or eggplant caviar. This wine is the perfect companion for your summer meals: salads, ratatouille, tian, Provençal tomatoes, grilled meat, white meat, as well as fish dishes, cooked or raw. Pairs well with light cheeses such as ricotta.
