This exceptional cuvée comes from a plot of sun-drenched Chenin grapes that reveal generous exotic aromas. Manual leaf removal during véraison in August allows us to select only the best grapes for optimal quality. Before the manual harvest, we taste the berries from each plot to assess the ripeness of the seeds.
Nose: generous exotic aromas.
Palate: pure attack with beautiful lively acidity and a touch of freshness mid-palate, accompanied by an enticing salty and mineral note.
Finish: subtle bitterness, characteristic of the Chenin grape, extends the aromas and adds length to the finish.
