This Brut Nature 2022 is a characterful vintage sparkling wine, made from hand-picked Riesling grapes, spontaneously fermented and, after traditional bottle fermentation, matured on the lees for more than two years. In the glass, it displays a fine, persistent perlage and aromas of citrus fruits, ripe apple, and a hint of brioche. On the palate, the typical Riesling freshness combines with an elegant texture and a charming mousse. Puristic, precise, and a perfect companion to oysters and fine seafood.
