Made from 100% Bonarda grapes, carefully selected and without prior maceration to preserve the fruity aromas. The wine undergoes a short maceration and ages 25% in French oak barrels for 10 months, followed by 4 months of bottle aging. Intense aroma of blackberries and raspberries, with soft tannins and a lively freshness.
