Belief with Attitude reflects the character of the most authentic Monastrell grown in the Jumilla appellation in Spain. A handcrafted wine made from vines older than 45 years. These vines grow in a climate dominated by the sun. The grapes are strictly hand-harvested in the second week of October. The wine matures for a year in Burgundy oak barrels. This helps to soften the tannins while preserving all the fruit of the Monastrell. The wine is then stored in the cellar for another six months before being released.
Belief with Attitude is a very subtle wine with beautiful depth in both aroma and taste. Deliciously ripe and extremely soft with flavors of blackberries, blueberries, bay leaf, and licorice. A delightful wine to accompany a "rustic" dish with poultry, but also lovely to drink by the fireplace with a nice cheese platter.
