Kabar is the newest grape variety in the Tokaj region and represents the 10th variety of Tarcal. This variety originated from the crossing between Hàrslevelű (Lindenleaf) and Bouvier and has been allowed to bear the name Kabar since 2007. From this new grape, a complex and dry wine has been made. On the nose, the delightful linden blossom with honey and vanilla, which is perfectly balanced with the aging in new oak barrels.
