The yellow-green aromatic grapes are harvested early and vinified using the Vaslin system (soft press). Fermentation takes place via the 'Méthode Traditionnel'. Straw yellow color. Fruity, floral, scents of apple, pear, and exotic fruit. Harmonious, refreshingly dry taste with a very fruity aftertaste. Refined and persistent mousse. Excellent as an aperitif and in cocktails (Bellini, Rossini).
