Brilliant straw-yellow color, made according to the classic method which involves a second fermentation in the bottle. Thanks to this maturation, a very fine, long-lasting mousse is created. The nose offers notes of bread crust enriched with white flowers, nectarine, and peach. Made from 100% Nerello Mascalese.
