An eye-catching wine made according to an ancient traditional Italian method. At the beginning of our era, the Romans were familiar with the 'ripasso method'. By passing the grape juice a second time (ripasso) through the must of the Amarone wine, a concentrated and refined wine is created. The Valpolicella Ripasso is aged in wood for 12 months before being bottled.
Fruity, harmonious with hints of cherries.
