Applous Sauvignon Blanc has a fresh acidity and a delightful spectrum of ripe tropical fruits, with aromas of passion fruit, guava, and green bell pepper, followed by a long fruity finish. A crispy, fresh wine that is very versatile when it comes to food. It is not a big fan of butter or cream, but when served with goat cheese or dishes with leafy green herbs and vegetables, it is in its element. Also delicious with fresh Snapper ceviche, spicy shrimp ravioli, or a goat cheese salad with asparagus and beetroot.
