The grapes used for this Gewürztraminer Late Harvest are hand-picked late in June after a long ripening period in the Curicó Valley, in vineyards irrigated with the pristine water from the snow of the Andes Mountains. The grapes are hand-harvested late and then transported to the winery for pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 16°C. The wine is then kept in contact with the lees for 3 months. This Gewürztraminer Late Harvest is a sweet and complex wine, characterized by its golden yellow color with greenish hues and its intense aromas of jasmine, tropical fruit, orange peel, honey, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is sweet and fresh, with balanced acidity and a lush texture, accompanied by a persistent finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with spicy dishes from Asian cuisine.
