The Cassiopea Rosato from Poggio al Tesoro is an expressive and gastronomic rosé from the Bolgheri region in Tuscany. Made from a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, with gentle pressing and cold fermentation to ensure maximum freshness and aromatic precision.
In the glass, a bright, pale pink color with a shimmering rim. The nose is refreshing and elegant, with aromas of pomegranate, raspberry, pink grapefruit, and white flowers. There are also subtle mineral notes characteristic of the Bolgheri terroir.
On the palate, the wine is lively and juicy, with a fine balance between ripe red fruit and fresh acidity. The finish is dry, invigorating, and elegant, with a lingering hint of citrus and a touch of spice.
Perfect as an apéritif, but also versatile at the table: pair with seafood, salads, charcuterie, or light Asian dishes. Serving temperature: 8–10°C. Ideal for immediate enjoyment, but retains its freshness for several years.
