This elegant and complex Carménère comes from a selection of the best vineyards in the Curicó Valley. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand each year between late April and early May, once they are optimally ripe. The grapes are first brought to the fermentation tanks and then aged in American and French oak barrels for extra complexity. The maturation lasts 8 to 12 months and is followed by blending.
Rich and fruity on the nose, with hints of ripe cherries, strawberry jam, and fresh plums, infused with delicate notes of dark chocolate. On the palate, this wine surprises with a firm yet lively structure, leading to a sweet finish.
Ideal with lamb, jam, pâté, and cheeses such as cheddar, Gouda, and brie.
