Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Petit Verdot form this blend from the Curicó Valley. By combining different grape varieties, complementary characteristics have been created for a ripe and concentrated wine with a robust character.
The entire harvest is hand-picked each year between March and April, once each variety has reached optimal ripeness. The grapes are first taken to fermentation tanks and then to American and French oak barrels to achieve maturity and complexity. The aging lasts 8 to 12 months, depending on the variety, followed by blending.
This wine has an intense, deep ruby-red color. The nose is complex with fruity notes of plums and blackberries, combined with floral aromas and mocha and coffee accents from barrel aging. Sweet and juicy on the palate, with a beautiful structure and soft, ripe tannins. Ideal with lamb, red meat, aged cheeses, and nuts.
