We are in the heel of Italy, in the flat land behind Brindisi and the Adriatic Sea. Olive trees dominate the landscape, but further inland, vineyards become more prominent. The local Negroamaro is the pride of the region. This is a dark, elegant, smooth, and approachable Riserva with good structure, a hint of plum, and spicy undertones. Ripe and ready to drink. Pairs well with game, white meat, and pasta dishes.
Nose: Plum and subtle spice.
Palate: Elegant, soft, with good structure and ripe fruit.
Finish: Smooth with lingering spicy notes.
