This wine is very expressive. Beautiful ripe red fruit, followed by wild notes of herbs and garrigue, developing into a round wine with a strong presence in the mouth. Its spiciness and soft tannins pair well with sausages and pâtés, leg of lamb, duck breast, red meat, and small game.
