Deep in the vast vineyards, rooted in the fertile soil of the high Iberian regions, thrives a unique variety: Tempranillo Septimo Sentido. Here, where the continental Mediterranean climate prevails with extreme temperatures, little rainfall, and abundant daylight hours, the birth of a wine of extraordinary quality takes place. The harvest begins in early October, when the grapes reach their optimal ripeness. The art of winemaking begins with a careful maceration of two weeks and controlled fermentation at 28ºC, allowing the rich flavors to unfold. After these phases, the wine rests for 3 months in both French and American oak barrels, where it develops its depth and complexity. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, this wine reveals itself as a masterpiece of craftsmanship.
A wine with a violet hue and a hint of ruby. The nose shows mature red fruits transitioning into notes of leather and tobacco. The palate offers elegance, a fruity finish, mature tannins, and a long-lasting pleasant aftertaste. Together, these elements tell a story of the rich earth, craftsmanship, and the timeless art of winemaking.
