Vylmer is a refreshing summer aperitif from the Lubéron in France and is distilled in a small artisanal distillery. Inspired by a traditional recipe from the 1950s by Madame Volmer, Vylmer is a surprisingly versatile aperitif. The drink has a bitter-sweet taste with a fruity touch. An aperitif based on rosé wine, a distillate of bitter and sweet oranges, a mix of herbs, and cane sugar.
