Pedro Ximénez is of course the grape for sherry, but now a dry white wine has also been made from it. In the aroma, wonderfully sweet with obvious notes of raisins. Although the aroma is sweet, this wine is dry on the palate with some saltiness. Nice to serve with a small bite or amuse-bouche with, for example, the umami flavor.
