Made in Jerez from 100% Palomino grapes, Harveys Fino is immediately recognizable by its pale yellow, almost straw-like appearance. The nose is much less subtle, with a hint of sea breeze and toasted almond. The palate is full of dried fruit and almond notes, with some detecting a touch of fresh dough. With a refreshingly crisp, dry taste, Fino reveals a nutty flavor profile that is almost spicy. An ideal aperitif or accompaniment to hard cheeses, charcuterie, or even smoked salmon. Best served well chilled, at around 5–7 ºC.
