Wine made from Pedro Ximénez grapes, sun-dried and raisined, selected from Pago de Macharnudo (Jerez Superior). This is one of the wines from the Harveys Premium Range, with a Solera established in 1922.
Dark mahogany color with an amber rim, leaving viscous legs in the glass.
Nose: Deep and opulent, with a great aromatic balance of dried fruit.
Palate: Roasted notes, balanced sweetness with acidity, salinity, and bitterness.
Finish: Long and harmonious.
