Signature by Harveys is the ultimate expression of a rare cream sherry by winemaker Manuel J. Valcárcel. This sublime and complex blend of special wines, very old Olorosos, and Pedro Ximenez is aged for an average of 12 years in oak casks using the unique Solera system. This award-winning premium cream sherry has a bronze color with golden highlights and consists of approximately 80% Palomino and 20% Pedro Ximénez grapes. Nose: full, soft, and ripe with complex hints of spices and dried fruit. Palate: notable for its intensity, sweetness, and freshness, with notes of roasted toffee, nuts, and even apple. Finish: full-bodied. Best served lightly chilled, at about 10-12ºC.
