Pallini Limonzero, like the regular Pallini Limoncello, is made from I.G.P. Sfusato lemons, which grow on the Amalfi Coast near Naples. These lemons are grown in a completely natural way (100% natural) and hand-picked. The peels of these lemons are used to create a deep, intense lemon flavor. It is then transformed into a beautiful non-alcoholic liqueur by adding sugar. However, the true secret of Pallini lies in an old family recipe. Pallini is pure and clean in taste. The color is identical to that of freshly squeezed lemon juice; not completely clear and soft yellow-green. No fragrances or flavorings are added to Pallini. You smell and taste pure lemons. The finish is fresh and sweet with a slightly spicy undertone.
