The Vincotto vinegar with raspberries is a special type of vinegar. It is made from two different grape varieties: the Negroamaro and the black Malvasia. They are cooked down to one-fifth of the volume. After this, the syrup is poured into oak barrels, along with the vinegar. Then the vinegar must mature for no less than four years. After these four years, raspberries are added. After six months of maturing, a delicious mix of original Vincotto and raspberries is created. During the process, no colorings or preservatives are added. This gives the product a sweet and velvety taste.
