30gHerb butter
275gBaby potatoes
Olive oil
20gRaspberry vinegar
1garlic puree
20gMaple syrup
400gSeedless blue grapes
Pepper and salt
Kletzen bread
cheese fondue
Parmesan sticks
Bimi (blanched)
Fig toast
Fig-almond bread (baked)
Olive oil chips
Preparation
- Cook the baby potatoes until just tender in the stock with the herb butter.
- Mix all the ingredients well together in a bowl.
- Then grill in a grill pan until the grapes are warm and lightly caramelized.
- Heat the cheese fondue and pour it into a bowl placed over a tealight.
- Serve with fig-almond bread, kletzen bread, bimi, fig toast, Parmesan sticks, and olive oil chips.
