Cheese fondue to share

The ultimate dish to share might just be cheese fondue. Served with fig-almond bread, fruit bread, bimi, fig toast, Parmesan sticks, olive oil chips, baby potatoes, and roasted grapes.

Ingredients

300mlChicken stock
30gHerb butter
275gBaby potatoes

Olive oil
20gRaspberry vinegar
1garlic puree
20gMaple syrup
400gSeedless blue grapes
Pepper and salt

Kletzen bread
cheese fondue
Parmesan sticks
Bimi (blanched)
Fig toast
Fig-almond bread (baked)
Olive oil chips

Preparation

  1. Cook the baby potatoes until just tender in the stock with the herb butter.

  1. Mix all the ingredients well together in a bowl.
  2. Then grill in a grill pan until the grapes are warm and lightly caramelized.

  1. Heat the cheese fondue and pour it into a bowl placed over a tealight.
  2. Serve with fig-almond bread, kletzen bread, bimi, fig toast, Parmesan sticks, and olive oil chips.
