A surprising dessert for two people with the characteristic flavors of Italy: limoncello & mascarpone.And of course, you serve this dessert with a cold glass of limoncello.Ingredients
Silicone mold 'limone'
35gLimoncello
300gCream
3gLeaf gelatin (soaked)
115gWhite chocolate
Roasted honey pumpkin seeds
Cannoli
125mlCream
250gMascarpone
25gVanilla sugar
Hazelnut crunch
Vanilla ice cream
Amaretti
Limoncello almonds
Preparation
- Heat the cream together with the limoncello.
- Dissolve the soaked gelatin in it.
- Pour the warm mixture over the chocolate and mix until all the chocolate is melted.
- Pour into the molds, let cool, and then place in the freezer.
- Remove the lemons from the mold before serving and let thaw.
- Finish with honey-pumpkin seeds as 'seeds' on the lemon.
- Mix all ingredients with a whisk until combined.
- Then whip the mixture until airy in the machine with the whisk.
- Pipe the cream into the cannoli tubes and garnish both ends with crunchy hazelnut.
- Place two limoncello 'lemons' on a plate.
- Add one cannoli per person.
- Crumble the amaretti cookies and place a quenelle of vanilla ice cream on top.
- Garnish with limoncello almonds.
