
Pasta to share
We think of the iconic film 'Lady and the Tramp'. Very nice to serve per two people.Ingredients
1White onion (diced)
12ggarlic puree
200mlCream
500mlChicken stock
30gTomato paste
700gPassata
600gGround beef
15gTuscan herbs
35gFresh spinach
10basil leaves
1Tajin
8Pasta shells
30gSpinach
8gBasil
200gtempura flour
Pepper and salt
200mlWater
Cherry tomatoes
Raw ham
Fresh spinach
Garlic
Olive oil
Salt
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Heat oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the tomato paste, Tuscan herbs, and tajin and briefly fry together.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly.
- Pour in the passata, followed by the stock and cream.
- Mix everything well and let it simmer gently for a few minutes.
- Finally, add the spinach and basil and let simmer for about 2 more minutes.
- Allow about 4 pasta shells per person.
- Cook the pasta for 14 minutes in plenty of salted water.
- Serve the shells with the warm sauce.
- Put the tempura flour, spinach, basil, and salt and pepper in the food processor and blend briefly.
- While blending, add the water until a frying batter forms. Season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap half a slice of ham around the tomatoes (press firmly).
- Dip them in the batter and deep-fry in oil until crispy and hot.
- Sauté some fresh spinach in garlic oil.
- Add a little salt.
- Place the warm pasta and sauce on top.
- Cut the fried tomato balls in half and place them on the pasta.
- Finally, grate some Parmesan cheese over it.
