Our pinsa breads are pre-baked and deep-frozen. This way, you can be sure that you are getting the real pinsa Romana at home. This means that the dough has had a long fermentation, is airy, and deliciously crispy. Pinsa breads are versatile. For example, bake with some olive oil and rosemary and serve as table bread. But it is also delicious to top the pinsas luxuriously and serve as an appetizer or lunch.
