Ingredients

Chicken fillet strips
San Marzano tomato puree
Pinsa
basil oil
Tomato
Mozzarella
Basil

Preparation

  1. Drizzle basil oil over the pinsa and bake for 3 minutes in a preheated oven at 250°C.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the tomato paste with salt and oregano.
  3. Remove the pinsa from the oven, spread with tomato sauce, and top with precooked chicken.
  4. Add the mozzarella and bake again until the cheese is melted.
  5. Top with basil leaves and serve immediately.
