Preparation
- Preheat the oven.
- Blend the mascarpone, Amarena cherries, and Amarena syrup in the food processor until smooth.
- Cut the mozzarella to the desired size and pull apart the pancetta.
- Bake the pinsa for about 4 minutes at 220°C.
- Top the pinsa with the blended mascarpone, mozzarella, and pancetta.
- Bake the pinsa again for about 4 minutes.
