40gCornstarch
1Cinnamon
300gMashed potatoes
1Clove
Pepper and salt
1Egg
2Nutmeg
Chives
100gAged cheese
Preparation
- Mix the mashed potatoes with the cornstarch.
- Grate the aged cheese and finely chop the chives.
- Add the grated aged cheese and spices, and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in the egg to make the mixture firmer.
- Form balls from the mixture. Tip: you can freeze them and fry later.
- Fry at about 180°C for approximately 3 minutes.
- Serve with grated aged cheese and chopped chives.
